The occurrence state of groundwater in a karst area has significant impact on the tunnel lining structure. is more during construction. This paper used numerical simulation to study grouting reinforcement range Liaoshan Tunnel. was based critical water rich height. Under Grade IV and V surrounding rock, points were 230 m 240 deep, respectively. vertical horizontal stress seepage flow arch crown invert decreased as circumferential increased. In case no reinforcement, 1/4 1/2 all 7 m3/dm, 4 3 0 With when level 260–270 away from crown, two schemes could be adopted: 1 radial reinforcement. results have guiding significance for developing construction scheme tunnel.
